Shipping
At checkout, you pay for products only. Shipping is not included. We review the destination and send a separate shipping quote and payment request. Your order will not ship until the shipping charge is paid. If we cannot arrange shipping to your address, we will contact you about a refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo if possible so we can review it and resolve the issue.
Returns
If you do not accept the shipping quote, contact us before shipment to request cancellation and a refund of the product payment.
